Chris has a very personal approach to the process. He met us (over BBQ!) to explain the entire selling/buying process before we agreed to hire him as our agent. He was good about being responsive and making himself available and working around our busy schedules. He's very knowledgeable of the San Diego housing market and walked us through the different issues that we would need to think about at each stage of the process. He was patient with us worked very hard to ensure we got the outcome we wanted.
