How I Sold This Home During The First Open House - Homes For Sale In La Mesa,CA

I got a great story for you. I just helped a couple of La Mesa clients of mine buy a La Mesa investment property for their daughter. Their name is Karen and Brian. It's in my complex here in La Mesa at La Mesita Place La Mesa, CA

The great part of this whole story is that I sold it on the first weekend, on the first La Mesa open house. It was listed in the middle of the week on a Wednesday. I did the open house on Saturday. That's when Karen came by.

We took a look. She really liked it. I also did an open house on Sunday, but she called me on Monday and said, "My husband and I, we want to put an offer on the town home. It's a great unit."

We wrote a full price offer and it was accepted the next day. Really excited for them.

They are the best buyers ever. They're really great. They were available. They were able to sign things right away. It was really great working with them.

The story behind them is they are purchasing this La Mesa unit for the daughter, who is of college age now. She's going to be going to school locally. She's going to live there. They're going to be renting it out to some other students. Super smart.

Super smart because they can hold on to this. After she graduates, she can hold on to this and use it for an La Mesa investment property later. Or they can just sell it. Four or five years down the road from now, there'll be some equity. Super smart investing.
